Production Needs

    Take all points from the measurement table.

    Silk charmeuse or silk-satin base, gold monogram print.

    Textile Print File
    Repeat monogram file produced before cutting.

    Muslin Sample Fitting
    First toile in cotton muslin — verify drape and neckline.

    Pattern Adjustment
    Refine bodice, halter and skirt pieces after fitting.

    Final Fabric Cut
    Cut on-print silk with monogram alignment locked.

    Sewing & Construction
    Assemble bodice, waistband, skirt, train and lining.

    Final Fitting Before Hemming

Monogram File Requirement

The gold DEK multilingual monogram must be created as a repeat textile print file before cutting. Do not rely on manual placement. The large DEK crest should be treated as a separate placement graphic on the hip / skirt.

Size Blocks & Grading

The gown is produced in four fit blocks — Small, Medium, Large and Plus. Each block is drafted separately rather than scaled from a single sample.

Production note. These are starter production ranges. Final garments require body measurements, muslin fitting, pattern adjustment, and hem correction based on heel height.
Plus Block — Construction Note

The Plus gown must be drafted as its own fit block, not simply scaled up from the Small sample. Include wider halter support, reinforced waistband, optional nude mesh plunge support, adjusted slit placement, increased skirt sweep, larger proportional crest placement, stronger lining, and seam reinforcement.
