Inspect the Pinhole
Locate the reset pinhole on the HERC Packaging™ unit. The pinhole accepts only a flexible, non-rigid key pin. Do NOT insert surgical steel or iron pins — rigidity will damage the internal flex-lock mechanism.
NEVER use surgical steel or iron. Rigid materials will fracture the internal cam.
