Every birthed identity moves through a controlled parametric assembly line. Identity geometry, sizing, components, materials, CAD, manufacturing files, validation, slicing, test printing, inspection, and approval are developed as versioned stages of one model. Blueprints and production files are generated as outputs of the approved model.

Capability boundary. Identity creation, FUSI locking, versioning, five graded size variants, multi-angle renders, durable storage, stage tracking, and licensing are fully operational. STL/STEP/OBJ/USDZ geometry generation, G-code slicing, and physical test printing require external CAD, slicer, and printer integrations and are recorded honestly as blocked until connected — no mock files or simulated results.

Every blueprint traces back to the FUSI reference set

FUSI-locked geometry
Every dimension in the CAD file traces back to the approved Pixel-Lock reference set — face, skull, hairline, ears, neck, and shoulder-transition all match the digital model 1:1.
Native-resolution mesh
Meshes exported at the highest polygon density the source model supports. No decimation, no auto-simplification.
Watertight & manifold
All STL and OBJ files pass watertight + manifold checks so they slice cleanly and mold cleanly.
Scale-locked units
Millimeters, with human-scale reference. Optional half-scale, quarter-scale, and bust variants included.
Six-checkpoint sign-off
A blueprint is only released when the CAD render passes the same six-checkpoint identity gate as any downstream digital render.
