Seawater or brine is sampled and analyzed for mineral concentration, pH, and contamination profile.

Multi-stage evaporation pools concentrate target minerals while separating water for purification.

Sodium Iodide Extraction

NaI is crystallized and harvested from mid-stage brine for immediate water purification deployment.

Lithium & REE Separation

Ion exchange membranes selectively capture lithium, neodymium, and rare earth fractions.

Water Purification Output

Deionized and treated water is graded and distributed. Hydrogen and oxygen byproducts are captured.

Zero-Waste Closure

Remaining brine concentrate is re-processed or safely returned with zero unmitigated discharge.

Salton Recovery Camp — Est. 2024

Shore-based camp supports the Odyssey vessel with lithium brine concentrate storage, NaI stockpile, and field crew operations. On-site solar panels power the camp independently. All mineral outputs are batched, labeled, and logged for chain-of-custody verification before transport.
