Dry-State Whole-Fruit Vibration Separation Method

Abstract

A method for separating fruit flesh from pits and seeds by first freeze-drying the whole fruit intact until the flesh becomes brittle and powdered, then passing the dried material over a vibratory floor with multi-tier physical filters to separate the powder from the intact pit/seed material — without wet processing, without mechanical crushing, and without contamination.

Claims

1. Freeze-drying whole fruit to a brittle state prior to any separation process.
2. Use of vibratory mechanical action to shatter only the brittle dried flesh while leaving pits/seeds intact.
3. Multi-tier filter system for clean powder collection below and seed recovery above.
4. Zero-waste pipeline: powder to packaging, seeds returned to aeroponic cultivation.

Novelty vs Prior Art

No existing industrial process freeze-dries whole fruit prior to pit/seed separation. Industry standard is wet-state separation, which causes juice loss, contamination, and seed damage.
