Herc Primus Key™ &
3:00 Twist Sovereign Security Protocol™
A Dual-Factor Physical Authentication lock system utilizing Flexible-Memory Alloy key medium, helical micro-channel tumblers, and positional gatekeeper SD release architecture.
The present invention discloses a Mechanical Sovereignty™ lock system comprising a flexible-memory alloy key pin ("Herc Primus Key™"), a helical micro-channel tumbler barrel, and a positionally-gated micro SD retention latch. The system creates a physically-unpickable authentication handshake by combining material-exclusion at entry, torque-profile verification during rotation, and precise positional alignment at the 90° (3:00) release gate. A tamper-destruct mechanism permanently disables the lock upon detection of unauthorized rigid-tool insertion, providing an irreversible physical security signal. The system is operable across cryogenic conditions to -196°C and integrates with the HERC Sovereign Air-Compartment Packaging™ infrastructure.
Quad-Layer Physical Authentication Stack
Flex-memory alloy required. Rigid materials mechanically excluded at channel entry.
Correct torque-profile + insertion angle required to navigate micro-channel.
Exact 90° rotation required to align SD retention latch for release.
Extracted pin IS the secondary unlock token for micro SD capsule housing.
6 Independent & Dependent Claims
Only keys bearing the Herc-Certified™ material specification (FMA-7 flex rating, SV-7 polymer tolerance) will operate in Sovereign Air-Compartment units. Third-party or rigid-pin attempts trigger permanent tamper-destruct. Certification is issued exclusively through VIE City Labs manufacturing authorization protocol.
